All people’s revolutionary soldiers – PDFs, LDFs and STFs – on the battlefield shall strictly follow the regulations below:

1. Obey orders
2. Be loyal to your unit
3. Value your weapon as you do your life
4. Pay civilians a reasonable price if you must use civilian property
5. No torture and killing of prisoners of war and keep POWs in suitable locations
6. No sexual harassment against female soldiers and civilian women
7. Seized money, weapons and property from enemies must be recorded and submitted to your commanders

Respective commanders must encourage and monitor their soldiers to ensure they adhere to these regulations.
